What started out as a search for a missing boater on Wixom Lake Wednesday evening ended with the recovery of an airplane and its deceased pilot, still belted into his seat. Martin "Marty" Witkop's funeral arrangements are being handled by Wilson MILLER Funeral Home and are incomplete.
